Manage and develop a portfolio of Agro associates, identifying business opportunities and recommending financial solutions. Consult with associates on financial decisions to support their business growth. Conduct technical and commercial visits to strengthen relationships and identify value generation opportunities.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of the agribusiness market and chains. Experience in rural producer service and financial institutions.
