The Technical Support Representative acts as a resident expert, troubleshooting complex and escalated issues for high-value clients using deep knowledge of software, databases, and protocols. They are responsible for resolving technical complaints, coordinating with engineering teams, validating bugs, and maintaining accurate ticket status updates.
Requirements
Candidates need at least one year of experience providing technical support for cloud-based software and must possess a technical degree or equivalent experience of two or more years. Essential soft skills include ambitious problem-solving, strong client communication, patience under stress, and proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk or JIRA.
