Lead and orchestrate the Lean & Agile transformation at Porto Seguro, ensuring alignment between strategy and daily operations. Facilitate the implementation of continuous improvement processes and support business areas in designing squad taxonomies for efficiency. Collaborate in defining and monitoring performance indicators to demonstrate the value of transformation.

Bachelor's degree in related fields (Technology, Administration, Engineering, or similar). Certification in Agile Coach or proven experience with Agile and Lean methodologies. Deep knowledge of Lean & Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, along with experience in coaching and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
