PRODUCTS ANALYST II | PAYROLL LOANS PRODUCT

Monitor the management and evolution of Payroll Loans products, connecting strategy, performance, and customer experience. Analyze indicators and funnel behavior, identifying deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Build and track KPIs, analyses, and dashboards to support business decisions.

Experience with financial products, preferably credit products. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to identify problems and opportunities. Intermediate SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis.
