Monitor and provide technical support for telecommunications networks. Execute diagnostics and analyze failures in equipment and optical networks. Resolve medium to high complexity incidents and ensure compliance with preventive measures and network quality indicators.
What We're Looking For
Complete technical education in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networks, or Electrical Engineering. Proven experience in telecommunications operations. Knowledge of transmission, telecom infrastructure, and network equipment, including OTDR instruments. Familiarity with 4G and 5G mobile networks and GPON FTTH.
