Supervise one of our delivery stations, providing leadership to associates and managing key performance indicators (KPIs). Create a safe work environment and lead training for associates to ensure excellent customer service. Monitor route progress and proactively address deviations to exceed customer expectations.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in team management and customer-facing environments, such as warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. Proficiency in Excel and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
