Lead the design, adoption, and continuous improvement of the Internal Developer Platform (IDP). Design and implement engineering FinOps strategy across AWS, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Operate and evolve the Kubernetes platform on Amazon EKS, supporting multi-country production workloads. Advise development teams on scalable, secure infrastructure design and implement Least Privilege Access models.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE roles, ideally in fintech. Strong experience with multi-account, multi-region AWS services and hands-on experience with Kubernetes on Amazon EKS. Practical knowledge of cloud security and experience with Infrastructure as Code.
