Validate and analyze legal orders issued by competent authorities, ensuring compliance with the Credit Institutions Law. Execute requests for blocking, unblocking, and transfers through institutional applications and systems. Prepare final reports for timely delivery and regulatory compliance to the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV).
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Law, either completed or in the process of obtaining. 1 year of experience in handling legal orders directed to the CNBV. Knowledge in executing blocks and unblocks in banking applications. Basic knowledge of financial products.
