Compliance & Ethics Counsel Specialist

Support due diligence processes related to Ventures & Acquisitions and Joint Ventures, identifying AML, Trade Compliance, and Anti-corruption risks. Review contracts, corporate documents, and records for risk assessment and compliance. Interact with global stakeholders in Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Business, and Ventures & Acquisitions.
What We're Looking For
5 to 7 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Consulting, Risk Management, or related corporate functions. Advanced English for written and verbal communication with global stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Copilot.
