Pursuit Deal Lifecycle Support

Lead SSC support across the E2E contractual deal lifecycle, from discovery and pursuit solutioning to deployment, hypercare, and handover to operations. Act as the main bridge between Pursuit Support, Solution Design, Finance, Portfolio, Operations, and SSC SMEs to assess feasibility, identify constraints, and shape executable service solutions. Project manage contractual service deployments, ensuring clear milestones, phase-gates, ownership, risks, dependencies, status reporting, and smooth handover to operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, Services Delivery, Deal Pursuit, Transition Management, or related operational functions. Strong understanding of service operations, business process design, contractual delivery models, and financial impact assessment.

The pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity.
