Talent Acquisition Consultant Senior 1

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes for various areas of the bank. Advise hiring managers throughout the attraction and selection process. Evaluate candidates based on required competencies, focusing on leadership and strategic positions. Identify and execute hunting strategies for specialized profiles.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology. At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, including recruitment and evaluation of leadership positions. Experience in competency-based interviews. Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Office and English. Familiarity with psychometric evaluations and financial industry experience is a plus.
