Actively engage with associates to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Prospect new associates and businesses, identifying opportunities for individuals and companies. Conduct visits to maintain close relationships with associates and support business managers in prospecting and analyzing operations.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or related fields. Previous experience in customer service. Knowledge of banking products and services. CPA certification is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
