Requirements

Candidates need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field, along with 8+ years of Sourcing/Recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a technical corporate setting. A proven track record in global sourcing strategy implementation and data-driven decision-making using talent mapping is essential.
