Analista Sênior - Estruturação e Governança de Fundos

Structure new products and processes with internal teams, seeking solutions that enhance the business. Discuss corporate acts and conduct events for investment clubs and funds. Monitor regulatory agendas in the capital markets. Prepare executive reports and presentations for risk, compliance, and governance committees.

Experience in the funds industry, preferably in financial institutions, fiduciaries, or asset managers. Knowledge of fund industry regulations, including B3, CVM, Anbima, and Receita Federal. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work with multiple areas and conduct complex negotiations with external partners.
