The role involves building robust predictive models to forecast and prevent operational failures in restaurants, alongside conducting causal tests to determine the root causes of cancellations and customer dissatisfaction. The specialist will also actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evolve preventive intervention strategies.
Requirements
Candidates must possess solid proficiency in statistical models and experience with causality testing, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams. Experience with Python and Databricks/DAB is preferred, and prior experience in anti-fraud will be considered a significant advantage.
