Core Responsibilities

The IT Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for employee software/hardware requests, performing remote troubleshooting, installation, and resolving tickets according to SLAs. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating technical documentation, improving processes with automation, and executing IT Asset management activities.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 4 years of experience in an IT Operations or IT Support role, possessing strong oral and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts and documentation. Required technical proficiency includes experience with MacOS, Windows, Office 365, Google Workspace, MDM/UEM tools, and basic scripting in languages like Python or PowerShell.
