Provide technical support for meeting rooms, training sessions, and videoconferencing. Prepare and monitor critical meetings, ensuring audiovisual resources function properly. Diagnose and resolve audio, video, connectivity, and equipment issues. Configure and manage videoconferencing solutions like Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
What We're Looking For
Completed Technical Education in IT, Electronics, Networks, or related fields. Experience in technical support for corporate audio and video solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Poly/Polycom solutions. Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, PoE) and Windows, Outlook/Exchange.
