Create scalable processes, content flows, and impact measurement frameworks. Build compelling narratives about culture and technology to attract and retain senior talent.

Proven experience in Employer Branding, Corporate Communication, or Internal Communication. Experience in leading and developing teams. Previous work in technology companies or innovation-focused environments. Strong strategic vision and execution skills. Fluency in Portuguese and English.
