Ensure the performance of active personal shoppers at partner locations and guarantee the quality of orders for users. Lead, motivate, and develop productive teams while maintaining a positive work environment. Analyze performance metrics and generate reports on results from implemented strategies.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of experience leading and developing teams. At least 1 year of experience in supermarket sectors. Knowledge of digital tools such as Google. Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
What We Offer
Availability to travel nationally and work 6 days a week during evening/night hours and weekends.
