Attend to customers by providing information related to car rentals, negotiating rates and additional services as necessary. Verify customer profiles for rental approvals and open rental contracts that meet customer needs and business profitability.

Valid driver's license (CNH category B) for at least 2 years. Completed high school education. Previous experience in customer service. Negotiation skills with customers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
