The role involves managing a comprehensive caseload focused on family-based immigration relief, drafting and reviewing applications for relief from removal, and supporting attorneys to meet Key Performance Indicators. Paralegals will also edit finalized packets, respond to USCIS Requests for Evidence, and communicate case processes clearly to clients.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of high-volume immigration law experience, including expertise with specific forms like I-589 and I-42B, and strong knowledge of asylum processes. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory, along with the ability to manage a significant caseload and potentially supervise legal assistants.
