Staff Engineer I (Back-end)

Develop and maintain product architecture, ensuring long-term solutions and cloud application architecture. Identify and resolve complex software bugs and integration issues. Train the team on application deployment and support junior engineers in troubleshooting.

Essential experience with Java 8+, Spring framework, Spring Boot, and microservices. Proficiency in AWS, relational and non-relational databases, Git, and Docker. Familiarity with agile development processes like Kanban and Scrum.
