Develop and implement data-driven commercial strategies for client base expansion, insurance, and consortium hiring. Monitor and analyze performance indicators, creating studies and dashboards to support decision-making. Structure client relationship initiatives to enhance engagement and reduce inactivity throughout the client lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields. Experience in Commercial Planning, Business Intelligence, CRM, or Analytics. Knowledge in data analysis, indicator construction, and commercial results tracking.
What We Offer
