The role involves owning Go-To-Market (GTM) operating requirements, reporting, and data integrity across Salesforce and related systems to enhance pipeline visibility and performance. Key duties include gathering and documenting business requirements for insights and AI automation, designing executive dashboards, establishing data standards, and mapping/improving GTM workflows.

Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields within B2B SaaS or technology services, coupled with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with adjacent GTM systems. Essential qualifications also include strong requirements documentation, process mapping skills, and excellent communication abilities to bridge technical and executive audiences.
