The HR Generalist will serve as the primary HR partner for remote team members hired via Employer of Record (EOR) models, addressing questions on policies, payroll, and benefits across various countries. Key duties include supporting employee relations investigations, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance with international labor laws, and overseeing performance management cycles.

Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and reside in Colombia, Costa Rica, or the Dominican Republic, possessing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of two years in an HR role. Essential qualifications include knowledge of employment laws, strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive matters, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
