Technical Lead, Data Science

Define and enforce standards of statistical and mathematical rigor for the team's work, including experimental design and model validation. Act as the technical leader of data scientists embedded in different teams, reviewing their work and directly intervening to resolve methodological blockers. Conduct critical peer reviews of statistical and machine learning models, ensuring robustness and validity of conclusions.

Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Strong coding skills in Python and experience with data infrastructure tools like Snowflake. Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership to data scientists and practical experience using AI tools to accelerate data science work.
