Detect and eliminate systematic errors in instrumental analysis processes. Lead and coordinate mineral analysis tasks with the team. Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations, and maintain operational controls for laboratory equipment. Develop necessary actions for equipment maintenance and provide immediate support for operational issues.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Metallurgy. Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical methods implementation. Advanced knowledge of AAS, ICP, and infrared equipment. Experience in laboratory quality management under ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
