What You'll Do
Lead and manage the Inbound and ICQA departments, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across the fulfillment center. Drive inventory strategies and execution to achieve department goals. Analyze complex data to generate actionable insights and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in people management. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups). Experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.
