The Sales Leader will be responsible for designing and implementing the country's commercial strategy, accelerating growth within existing clients through cross-selling and up-selling, and developing a repeatable consultative sales model. They will also lead and empower high-performing teams and manage high-level relationships with key clients.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a degree in related fields such as Administration, Marketing, or Economics, along with a minimum of 5 years leading commercial teams, preferably in the insurance sector. Essential qualities include strategic capability, strong results orientation, analytical mindset, ambition, and intermediate English proficiency.
