The Senior Strategy & Planning Analyst will maintain and enhance planning and capacity models, build analytics to measure GTM productivity, and provide data for workforce planning decisions. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Data, Field Ops, and Finance teams to ensure scalable planning processes.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations or a similar analytical role, with strong SQL skills and demonstrated modeling capabilities. Familiarity with sales organizations and the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly are also important.
