What You'll Do
Implement continuous improvement programs in the maintenance department focused on reducing losses that jeopardize safety, quality, and cost. Lead the digitalization of planned maintenance tasks and the implementation of machine learning in critical equipment to identify patterns and opportunities. Ensure zero accidents during all tasks in the Guayaquil plant and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in manufacturing or consumer goods industries. Experience leading technical personnel and managing maintenance budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and operational resources.
What We Offer
Full-time position with on-site work in Guayaquil, Ecuador. No relocation bonus is offered for national or international moves.
