Supervise and develop the team of loss prevention analysts focused on the Service Centers and Cross Dockings in São Paulo. Audit macro indicators of internal losses, merchandise damages, inventory accuracy, and cargo theft in the last mile, designing preventive action plans. Map and routinely visit units in the Gemba region, ensuring logistics flows and safety guidelines operate in maximum compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields with an analytical bias. Extensive experience in leadership or senior oversight of Loss Prevention processes, Operational Auditing, or Risk Management in logistics transportation. Advanced analytical skills for reading numerical indicators, strong communication, and negotiation skills with multidisciplinary leaders.
