Lead the strategic development of agencies in Rondônia, working closely with local leaders and communities. Manage agency performance by setting objectives and monitoring indicators to ensure sustainable growth. Act as a technical and behavioral reference for agency managers, guiding them on business directives and product development.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or Engineering. Completed specialization or MBA in related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or agency operations, with experience in people management.
