Design, document, and implement processes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Update and monitor risk and control matrices. Participate in process improvement projects using agile methodologies and coordinate with various departments and IT for technological tool implementation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Over 1 year of experience in process management, continuous improvement, or similar functions. Knowledge of process management, BPM methodologies, Lean, and VSM. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 37001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Intermediate English proficiency.
What We Offer
Workplace located in Miraflores, Lima with a hybrid modality (4 days in-person and 1 day remote). The work schedule is 48 hours per week.
