What You'll Do
Support the MRO category across Central America and the Caribbean, ensuring supply continuity and competitive sourcing. Execute supplier negotiations and manage supplier performance across CARICAM. Track KPIs and support compliance with PepsiCo requirements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. 1–3 years of experience in operations, maintenance, spare parts, or supplier management. Advanced English fluency and intermediate Excel skills required.
