Sales Systems Functional Analyst

Be a functional architect supporting Accenture’s sales tools. Manage and oversee day-to-day tasks for the Lead Origination reporting and research team. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize response and conversion rates. Mentor, train, and guide the Lead Origination research and reporting team to develop relevant analytics skills.

Business management degree. Typically have a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience. Proficient in Excel and familiar with data manipulation. Experience with Salesforce CRM and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
