Harness Design Intern (Summer 2027)

Work on new tooling and improve the workflows associated with harness design. Experiment with AI to update and modify drawings. Create harness drawings, BOMs and maintain system diagrams. Specify connector and crimp part numbers in accordance with system design.

Familiarity with creating harness drawings in any software. Ability to use the linux terminal, basic git tools, LLMs with MCPs, python programming. Attention to detail, strong reading comprehension and a desire for ownership.

Competitive pay based on education level: $40/hour for Bachelor's, $45/hour for Master's, and $50/hour for PhD. Full-time employees receive equity compensation and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and three weeks paid vacation.
