Core Responsibilities

The role involves providing first-level support to high-income clients via chat, email, voice, and WhatsApp, focusing on efficient and welcoming resolution of demands according to bank products and processes. Responsibilities also include offering relevant products, escalating complex cases to second-level support when necessary, and contributing insights for process and product improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields (excluding health sciences), and should possess prior customer service experience. Possession of the CPA-10 certification is desirable, and the role requires availability for 24x7 shifts of 6 hours and 20 minutes daily, working 5 days a week with alternating days off.
