Monitor systems, applications, services, and infrastructure environments. Identify and analyze alerts, failures, and downtimes. Provide first-level support to users and manage incident tickets until resolution.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in IT. Experience in the field. ITIL V4 certification or higher. MD-102 Endpoint Administrator certification or equivalent.
What We Offer
Availability for 12x36 shifts from 19h to 7h in Taboão da Serra.
