The Sales Development Representative will execute high-volume outbound cold calls to generate and book qualified appointments for the sales team. They are responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records and continuously improving call performance and conversion rates.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in cold calling or SDR roles with a proven track record of hitting quotas. Proficiency in digital marketing concepts and fluent English communication skills are required.
