Supervisor de Dark Store - Mercado Envios

Ensure the operation of all store processes, including receiving goods, storage, order picking, and delivery, while maintaining quality and compliance with established standards. Lead the team by planning activities for each shift and monitoring operational results to meet delivery goals. Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions when results are below expectations.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. Experience in managing dark store operations, warehouses, or distribution centers, with prior experience in the food retail sector considered a plus. Familiarity with WMS systems, inventory control routines, and continuous improvement methodologies.
