Document process flows including systems, applications, interfaces, and controls to identify inefficiencies and vulnerabilities. Provide support to all business areas on regulatory and operational issues related to payroll loans. Manage internal and external audits by gathering technical and procedural requirements. Oversee governance of payroll loans, including legal and regulatory demands.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or related fields, or currently pursuing one. Experience with Payroll Loans and Payroll Credit Cards. Knowledge of regulatory aspects of payroll products. Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI. Strong command of the Office suite, especially Excel.
