What You'll Do
Lead, motivate, and guide the work team, ensuring task distribution, priority definition, and goal achievement. Develop schedules, determine process flowcharts, and supervise compliance with contracted scope, deadlines, and current norms. Evaluate and resolve operational contingencies swiftly and efficiently. Prepare performance reports for Planning and Maintenance Control activities and ensure continuous service quality.
What We're Looking For
Complete technical education in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Automation, Buildings, or related areas. Solid experience in supervising and executing Planning and Maintenance Control activities. Strong leadership skills, systemic vision, assertive communication, organization, and results focus.
