Provide functional support for SAP SD at levels 2 and 3. Analyze and resolve incidents and requests using the ticketing tool. Identify and implement improvements in sales and commercial processes. Conduct root cause analysis and participate in small projects and system evolutions.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution). Background in support and maintenance. Knowledge of sales processes, order management, delivery and shipping, invoicing, pricing, tax determination, and integrations with MM and FI.
