What You'll Do
Support operational routines in labor and social security areas. Map, organize, and verify documents, data, and reports. Analyze information to identify inconsistencies or errors. Control internal deadlines and ensure quality of area deliveries. Collaborate with the team to support daily demands.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields (ongoing or completed). Previous experience or strong knowledge in operational routines or payroll. Understanding of Labor Legislation and charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel. Desirable: Knowledge in integrated payroll systems or ERPs.
