What You'll Do
Act as a collections analyst for the Latam region. Monitor the client portfolio and interact with various internal and external stakeholders. Ensure quality deliveries and adherence to defined SLAs.
What We're Looking For
Advanced/Fluent Spanish is required. Experience with accounts receivable processes, billing, and customer service is desirable. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary.
