Workday Specialist

Lead analysis, configuration, testing, and support activities for Workday HR systems. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR COEs to gather and document business requirements. Configure and maintain Workday business processes, eligibility rules, and validations. Support Workday releases, enhancements, and system upgrades.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 5+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience. 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience. Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, and reporting.
