Lead the logistics strategy and execution for the operation, ensuring planning, coordination, and optimization of the supply chain, transportation, storage, and distribution of critical materials. Manage contracts and performance of logistics providers, driving continuous improvement and compliance with KPIs. Ensure timely availability of critical materials, equipment, and supplies for operations.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Significant experience leading large-scale logistics operations, preferably in mining, energy, or complex industries. Knowledge of demand planning, inventory, transportation, and supply chain management.
