Monitor technical interventions performed on vehicles. Track area indicators and evaluate employee performance. Distribute services within the area and ensure organization of the sector, including tools, cleanliness, internal rules, and use of PPE. Facilitate communication with internal departments and suppliers.

High school diploma required. Valid driver's license (CNH B). Solid experience in automotive mechanics. Experience in people and process management. Technical or higher education in the field is desirable.
