Support the management of the strategic partner portfolio for Canal Xcelerator by monitoring sales indicators, retention, cancellations, complaints, NPS, and operational quality. Assist in the preparation and updating of dashboards, management controls, and performance reports to support leadership decision-making. Participate in the construction of executive presentations and governance materials, and organize information bases, meeting minutes, action plans, and controls related to management and performance forums.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields, with an expected graduation date from December 2028. Intermediate knowledge of Excel for consolidation, analysis, and monitoring of management indicators. Experience in data analysis, process improvement, or indicator management through academic projects.
